Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite dessert! In my opinion the only thing better than a good classic chocolate chip cookie is a healthier version of it. These cookies are made with coconut oil instead of butter, and are packed full of oats and flax! I was super excited when these cookies turned out so perfect. It was a huge hit with my family and my boys loved them!
